How do I use Product Search?

Search by name: Please enter the key words of the product into the search box. Our system will conduct the search based on key word(s). For example, a search on " pyrazol" will show all results related to the word. 

Search by CAS (Chemical Abstract Service) No.: Input the CAS NO. and click search.

 

How do I register on MOLBASE?

On the home page, please click “Register”on the top right corner. Fill in the blank

, and you will get an E-mail for verification. After verification, you can enjoy plenty of services on MOLBASE.



I forgot my password. What am I supposed to do?

If you forget your password, on the login page, enter your email address and follow up steps according to instructions. And then, you can change/update your password.



I can’t find products which I want on MOLBASE. What can I do?

If you can't find the product which you are looking for, please feel free to contact us by email: service@molbase.com or by phone: +86 -400-7281-666.


The product which I find is not in stock, What am I supposed to do?

If a product is shown as out of stock, you can still send a request for quotation. After that, A MOLBASE representative will contact you about the lead-time for that product.


I’m not in China. Can I make orders to MOLBASE?

Sure! MOLBASE will accept inquiries and orders from buyers all over the world.


What if I would like to change some criteria in my order?

To inquire about a particular order, you can send us an E-mail to service@molbase.com (Note: please include your name, account information and your order number) or call us at +86 -400-7281-666. There will be MOLBASE representative to help you.
